MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Your experienced management team will be pleased to perform the following duties for your Association:

Management Advice/Consultation 
Attendance of Board/Annual Meetings 
Taking of minutes at meetings 
Drafting of Annual Meeting notice to homeowners, including proxy
Drafting of Action List at Board Meetings and follow through 
Produce Quarterly Newsletters 
Walk-through inspection of complex/common area
Present walk-through reports to Board at meetings 
Send correction letters as requested 
Obtain bids for non-routine maintenance 
Notify Board of any new laws or rulings which may affect the
        Association
Assist Board and homeowners with questions regarding CC&Rs and
        homeowner issues 
Provide resource of vendors currently used by other Associations
        when requested by Board 
Provide 24 hour "Hot-Line" through our after-hours EMERGENCY
        SERVICE 
Review and coordinate common area maintenance needs with the
        Board
Maintain Corporate Documents 
Assist with budget preparation
